Please be advised when choosing UPS Air as a shipping option, depending on your location, UPS may require a signature in order to leave it at a residence. If a signature is required and no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will not leave it. We would strongly suggest that if you choose UPS Air shipping as an option someone be home to sign for the package or have it shipped to a business where someone is available to sign for it. will not be held responsible for reimbursing UPS Air shipping charges if there is no one available for a signature release.

As long as your order is placed before 2:30pm Mountain Standard Time Mon.-Fri. your order will ship the same day. If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Monday you should expect to receive it on Wednesday (no particular arrival time is allotted for these shipments). If you place a UPS 2nd Day Air on Thursday you will receive the order, guaranteed, that following Monday (weekend days not included in travel time).

Marlon Precision 3D Filament Return Policy

All returns are at the discretion of Marlon through and must be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) Number. This RA number must be requested within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Return requests made after 10 days may not be authorized and/or may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. 

The return shipment must reference the RA number on the shipping label. Please do not write on the product boxes. Returns made without referencing a RA number will be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Returns must be received within 15 days of receipt of merchandise in the same packaging and condition as originally shipped.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless product was received defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered. If merchandise is originally received as defective, damaged, or not as ordered, will email a complimentary return label to be used for shipping the product back.

No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise has been used or if original boxes are marked, written on, damaged or have stickers on them. 

Returns not meeting all of the above conditions will be returned at customer's expense. Please allow up to 30 days to process refunds.
